- Purpose
- Define the minimum standard of allergen control for facilities containing Tate and Lyle product.

- When employees come in contact with any of the above allergens, they are to follow the hand washing procedures outlined in our Personal Hygiene Program
- All storage and packaging areas are to be kept free of allergens
- If any allergens are introduced into these areas, employees are to immediately notify their supervisor
- Areas contaminated will be quarantined and the incident will be communicated to Tate and Lyle to determine product viability
- Any products cantaining potential allergens shall be allowed in the facility. This includes any snack products(i.e. candy bars, trail mixes, health shakes, or open can of peanut based products)
