Our customers place the highest possible importance on the safety, quality, and integrity of their products. The inclusion of any foreign material as well as damage done to any of our customers' products is a serious incident affecting the safety and integrity of our customers' products. Tampering of any kind with products is not tolerated.
Many products are regulated by the government and must comply with strict guidelines regarding safety, quality, and integrity of the package provided to the end customer. As such, there are significant consequences for all parties who engage in tampering with any products. As a packaging provider, we must insure that no tampering with products or materials occurs while those items are within our custody or control. We do not tolerate intentional or unintentional contamination of products.
All employees must understand and comply with this policy, in addition to all procedures developed to prevent contamination and tampering. Any employee found to be involved in a tampering incident will be subject to serious disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, criminal prosecution, and civil liability for any damages caused.
All contamination or tampering incidents must be reported immediately to the on duty supervisor. If an employee fails has knowledge of such an incident and fails to report "promptly," disciplinary action will be taken.
